Working as a senior member of Global Project Management Office, you will be the leader of a high performing team of project management and governance professionals. This team implements financial software that drives departmental effectiveness and well-managed initiatives. 

The role will include:
•    Auditing and reviewing implementation plans. Build the infrastructure and technical processes that will scale insight to meet the rigorous and complex financial and business demands of our customers and Global partners across the globe.
•    Build and lead a world-class team of Technical Project Managers capable of scaling with insight through a period of continued high growth while forging tight partnerships with managers and engineers across product and infrastructure teams.
•    Demonstrate an ability to structure an organization and optimize it for execution, including attracting top tier talent and filing out gaps in the existing team quickly to accommodate growth.
•    Lead from the front, prioritize, and drive the bigger mission forward by translating vision into results.
•    Manage, mentor, and grow the existing technical program management teams, able to manage as well as performance manage those who need more help.
•    Deliver measurable results both quantifying the completeness and efficacy of our insight Source Connect practice, products, infrastructure, and identifying how to take them to the next level. Partner effectively with all business, technical functions across the company.
•    Continue to improve the thriving engineering culture across all tech functions.
•    Build and lead an organization with customer focus, world-class quality, and effective communication with a focus on decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a “no barriers” mentality.
 

·        Significant, recent experience (10+ years) in managing and delivering IT implementation/Business Change projects in complex and challenging environments

·        Proven history in the delivery of complicated projects; ELT tools and data migration experience, collaborating closely with customers, senior stakeholders, external parties, and significant sized project teams

·        Experience with financial services governance technologies and techniques, e.g., ERP Financials (EBS, SAP, Peoplesoft)

·       Experience working with large system integrators in large system integration projects

• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience with success in mentoring, coaching, and leading a team.
• Demonstrates proficiency in developing project management discipline and structure within an evolving organization while adapting to customers’ specific needs.
• Demonstrates decision-making capabilities regarding direct reports including the ability to allocate, increase or decrease resources to meet company goals (responsible for disciplinary actions).
• Demonstrates ability to document findings and educate Department on new process and/or technology.

·       Is an influential and exemplary communicator

·       Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PMP and other Project Management methodologies

• Values and respects diverse opinions, experience backgrounds, cultures, and work styles.

·       Experience implementing ERP Financials (EBS, Peoplesoft, JDE, SAP)

·       PMP Certification or equivalent with proven record of excellent change control execution, client expectation setting, project documentation and delivering on time and in budget
