Based remotely, your primary mission will be to lead the delivery of professional services for clients using our industry-leading platform as well as manage a team of Professional Services Consultants and technical engineers who are primarily based remotely.  The team you manage will be responsible for analyzing business requirements in order to model, design, deploy, and maintain data warehouse implementations for different customers across different verticals. This team is also responsible for report visualizations and training of both customers and partners. 
 

 

Job Description

Based remotely, your primary mission will be to lead the delivery of professional services for clients using our industry-leading platform as well as manage a team of Professional Services Consultants and technical engineers who are primarily based remotely. The team you manage will be responsible for analyzing business requirements in order to model, design, deploy, and maintain data warehouse implementations for different customers across different verticals. This team is also responsible for report visualizations and training of both customers and partners.

Responsibilities fall into two main areas:


Team Management Responsibilities
•    Oversee designated Professional Services consultants as well as own Professional Services projects and processes for successful completion of Professional Services Projects for Jet / CXO / Atlas Customers.
•    Conduct monthly/quarterly process review meetings with direct reports
•    Supervise direct reports as well as conduct annual performance evaluations
•    Conduct weekly 1 on 1 status meetings with direct reports
•    Provide initial training for new hire reports and ongoing continuous training for existing reports
•    Communicate key and critical information to VP, Implementation & Professional services weekly as well as escalate critical information timely.
•    Oversee day-to-day operational management of all direct report activities.
•    Prioritize work assignments for direct reports
•    Recommend process and procedure enhancements


Professional Services Responsibilities
•    Work closely with sales and client success teams to scope consulting solutions to finance and accounting executives
•    Utilize expertise in data warehousing techniques to help solve team and customer complex problems.
•    Project oversight: client discovery, coordinate internal resources, assist with solution development, and present deliverables
•    Deliver projects under tight and aggressive deadlines
•    Effectively translates business rules, requirements, and customer experience needs into concrete and meaningful information for the business and direct reports
•    Will be responsible for maintaining a billable utilization target of 30% or greater
 

 

Qualifications

 Key Requirements:

·            BA or BS degree required

·            Strong SQL/TSQL skills

·            Strong relational database skills

·            Experience modeling, designing, and deploying data warehouses leveraging fact and dimension tables

·            Ability to design and deploy ETL processes

·            2-5+ years in a similar or related position working in a professional service organization

·            Ability to interpret requirements and communicate those effectively to both technical and management level positions.

·            Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills and solutions focused approach to creative problem solving

·            Exceptional Customer Service Skills

·            Proven track record of leading team to deliver projects on time and within agreed upon scope

·            Excellent verbal & written communication skills

·            Demonstrates excellent listening & decision-making skills

·            Ability to determine priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives

·            Ability to communicate effectively under pressure

·            Experience working with Azure and reporting tools a plus

·            Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP stack a plus
