Job Description

Customer Account Manager working within technology to join a dynamic, global software provider that’s acquired >20 companies since 2018 and recently secured $1bn PE funding to drive further growth.

A uniquely broad, standalone role combining account management, customer success, and uncovering expansion opportunities across ~100 existing EMEA customers that utilize embedded data analytics.

The Opportunity

Logi Analytics, an insightsoftware company, provides a best-in-class developer-grade data analytics platform utilized by leading enterprises and embedded in OEM vendor software applications (reducing the time and cost of developing their own analytics).

Working remotely from home within a high-performance global team, the EMEA Customer Account Manager (CAM) partners with a large portfolio of customers, including FTSE100 companies, OEMs and leading software vendors.

The CAM collaborates with internal teams, develops strong customer relationships up to C-level, operates as a trusted advisor, identifies and closes expansion opportunities, negotiates renewals, meets annual quota, assists with high severity requests, maximizes value, and ensures long-term satisfaction.

Sophisticated analytics software is an increasingly important, fast-growth area of technology and we’re seeing great expansion opportunities. If you’ve ever wondered what you’re truly capable of, there’s no better place to find out!

The Ideal Candidate

  • Account Manager within technology, passionate about customer success and sales-growth (analytics, BI and related software exposure would be advantageous but isn’t critical)
  • Strong sales capability and comfortable driving renewals and uncovering new business. BDR background would be useful
  • Bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication, listening, influencing and organizational skills. Consultative, detail-focused and a problem solver with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Comfortable operating remotely with some travel for key meetings at our London office and customer sites as required
