Job Description

Account Executive to lead UK & Ireland Business Intelligence/Data Analytics new business for a fast-growth global software provider ($1bn PE funding & >20 companies acquired since 2018).

We're looking for driven ‘logo-hunters’ who excel in fast-paced environments and require autonomy, exceptional uncapped earnings and great career development. 

The Opportunity

insightsoftware provides a range of best-in-class SaaS solutions, including a flagship developer-grade data analytics platform that’s utilized by leading enterprises and is embedded in OEM software vendor applications.  

Working remotely from home, the Account Executive will be the sole new business salesperson for the UK & Ireland territory, uncovering, developing and closing opportunities with OEM software companies (vastly reducing the time and money spent on developing their own analytics) and enterprises across multiple industry sectors.

The Account Executive owns and executes each phase of the complex technical solution sales cycle to the highest professional standards. This entails lead generation and pipeline building, prospecting, qualification, remote demonstrations, proof of concepts, and closing deals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Account Executive with experience selling complex software solutions (ideally BI, Analytics) to new clients (CTO / Product or Development Leaders etc) over a long sales-cycle
  • Self-motivation and strong ability to generate own leads and conduct prospecting (BDR background useful)
  • Bachelor’s degree. Engaging, curious to learn, excellent communication skills, consultative and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a key board, monitor, printer, etc. The physical demands of this role are relevant lifting, bending, walking, speaking, seeing, typing, and/or stooping. Some travel should be expected.
