SUMMARY: We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed, passionate, and talented admin to join our growing team and take your career to the next level. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with the Business Systems and Process Architect on driving internal process improvements and business initiatives. Occasionally, that may involve solution engineering and recommending process improvements, or working within other systems. This person would also work closely with the other members of the Business Systems Team. The candidate should enjoy solving complex problems and challenging the status quo for the capabilities of the solution offering. This person is one that gets excited about a new solution or process that they can build in the system. The SF Admin in this role would take pride and ownership in their craft, while enjoying the newest releases for SF. The candidate should be experienced or knowledgeable in multiple areas of Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and SF Billing.

 

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

·       Collaborate with the Business Systems and Process Architect to drive internal business process improvements and growth initiatives

·       Partner with vendors on advanced subject areas to continuously drive the improvement initiatives

·       Provide consistent feedback and thought leadership on roadmap initiatives being driven by the Business Systems and Process Architect

·       Work with the Business Systems Team for collaboration opportunities within our Change Control Board, enterprise software deployments, and acquisition integration projects

·       Test and deploy business applications modules and enhancements to build configurable extensions to meet business needs

·       Manage requests for new features or functionality, and assist with the prioritization of these requests

·       Effectively partner with Managed Services Provider for resolution of production issues

·       Enhance existing functionality and improve processes within Salesforce

·       Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.

·       Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom records, third-party tools/applications and new Business Application functionality based on evolving business needs.

·       Support the change management and release process of Salesforce

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management, and sales) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate them into operational solutions.

·       Management of user acceptance testing

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
 

·       3+ years of experience within Salesforce

·       Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus

·       Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

·       Lightning experience preferred

·       Data Loader master

·       Flow Design experience

·       General understanding of CPQ, but extra bonus points for SF Billing knowledge

·       Ability to own, prioritize and execute on multiple Admin responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field

·       Clear understanding and working knowledge of Accounting Principles and Software process

·       Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

·       Knowledge of best practices in roles, permissions, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

·       Project management, system implementation, and system integration experience is a plus

·       Excellent business systems support and team contributor

·       Ability quickly adapt to changing needs/environments

·       Excellent PC skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

·       A passion for learning new skills, advancing your knowledge over all things Salesforce.
