Working as a member of the newly formed Global Project Management Office, the PMO Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and managing, mentoring, and developing a team of highly driven Project Managers.  

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Leading and working with technical and business consultants to ensure the successful delivery of product implementations for insightsoftware customers.
• Manages a team of project managers including, but not limited to, performance management, employee training and development.
• Manages a portfolio of key and strategic clients
• Drives continuous improvement and guides Project Managers on industry standards and best practices.
• Works collaboratively with the PMO Director and Consulting Practice Lead Management to continuously improve our service offerings
• Ensures Project Managers fulfill time-bound budgetary requirements to deliver successful projects
• Assists the PMO Director with budgeting, project resource allocation, and development of organizational metrics
• Communicates pertinent information between senior management and staff, in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience in software delivery as a project manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability in successfully delivering software implementation in B2B environments
• Experience in working with external customers, preferably in a Professional Services or related firm
• Experience leading a team of consultants or project managers
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with teams including remote employees
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proven ability to consistently meet and or exceed required deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• PMP Certification a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management Software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within all levels of the business and influence without authority.
