Job Description

We are looking for a Director, HR Operations and Technology to join our team and build for our future success. This role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer at a remote-first company.

The Director, HR Operations and Technology will be responsible for the design, implementation, management and optimization of the HR processes, workflows and systems. They will drive the HR organization operational excellence via process redesign and continuous improvement.

·       Build, manage, and evolve a team of experts in the fields of HR Operations, HRIS, Data, and Total Rewards.

·       Project Manage the Global HRIS implementation with the support of the global HR team.

·       Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans

·       Drive the HR analytics strategy and delivery

·       Manage the reporting of Human Resources information and establish procedures for processing and maintaining employee data

·       Manage the ongoing delivery of people team projects, setting objectives and timelines, tracking owners and achievements, facilitating change management, and assessing progress and blockers.

·       Design and own the technology roadmap & manage vendor relationships

·       Partner with the L&D team to ensure appropriate end user training for HR topics

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years experience leading HRIS and operations in complex global organizations

·       HRIS experience required

·       Broad knowledge of HR policies, practices, disciplines and the full employee lifecycle

·       Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

·       Proven experience at successfully developing & strengthening management controls and operational processes

·       Highly motivated, detail oriented, dependable, and organized with a customer service focus.

·       Experience managing complex, global HR projects and operationalizing HR policies and strategy
