Job Description

As Director of ISV's you will identify, curate, and cultivate key ISV relationships that support insightsoftware’s vision and product strategy. This individual will be a key contributor to insightsoftware's revenue growth strategy and will be accountable for managing ISV partnerships within the guidelines of insightsoftware’s partner programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute co-marketing, lead generation activities and sales campaigns with selected partners to drive pipeline and close business.
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly and annual bookings vs. targets.
  • Work with insightsoftware cross-functional teams to enable partners for success.
  • Develop and maintain artifacts that help ISV partners build their go-to-market (GTM) motions in alignment with insightsoftware’s best practices guidelines.
  • Create and/or enhance existing programs and assets for ISV partners to leverage and drive needed innovation.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding bookings and revenue growth targets
  • 10+ years of ISV/channel partner experience in software sales
  • Experience working with ERPs and their ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Established track record of coordinating and collaborating across multiple functions to close revenue
  • Proven ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Demonstrated expertise teaching and coaching customer-facing teams
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the region (up to 50%)

Preferred:

  • Thorough knowledge of ERP and EPM systems
  • Experience working with private equity, in a M&A intensive environment
