Job Description

The VP, Global Support will drive overall strategy, organization design, program standardization, and strategies to maximize client satisfaction (measured via CSAT and NPS) across the global Support organization. All regional senior Support leaders will report directly to this position, with dotted line reporting into regional GMs. This position is a highly visible senior position within the company. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience from a global, $500m+ business.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a Global Support Team, supporting multiple products, regions, and segments of the market (SMB to Enterprise)

- Drive a high performance culture, focused on development of the team and increased accountability to meet performance and quality metrics

- Set and align the organization behind proper KPIs for a global Support organization

- Create an environment of continuous improvement via a scalable organization with replicable, efficient processes that deliver value and high client satisfaction

- Lead the effective integration of acquired businesses, providing structure, guidance, and direction to the team

- Work with Executive Leadership Team and Finance Team to manage overall budget

- Serve as executive sponsor on individual client projects and when required, serve as the executive escalation point for clients on critical issues

- Provide quality assurance and oversight of all client services

- Ability to attract and retain great talent; demonstrate care for team and excel at identifying, mentoring, and developing individuals at all levels

Qualifications

- 7-10 years of experience running a Global Client Support Team

- Experience building and developing a high performance team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly

- Genuine passion and commitment to providing superior client experiences

- Proven operational ability to lead team strategy and execution around new models of support that maximize customer success, and can scale globally in a rapidly growing and dynamic organization

- Thorough knowledge of ERP and EPM systems

- Experience working with private equity, in a M&A intensive environment
