insightsoftware is seeking a driven, strategic Senior Program Manager to join our Product Management team and help drive the successful execution of organizational readiness programs across insightsoftware. Your mission will be to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success to define the standards for early adopter programs, product launches, entering new markets, and releasing software as a company. This role will create processes and define success criteria to influence adoption and enablement of best practices while holding each function accountable to drive execution. This is a highly visible role crucial to helping the organization scale and deliver value.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the ins-and-outs of the insightsoftware product portfolio and find opportunities to design programs that scale across product lines
• Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs
• Create a program roadmap, program materials, templates, documentation, and other assets
• Monitor progress, define key performance indicators or success metrics by program, and be able to report on status against program objectives
• Enable team members to act against process changes and maintain audit mechanisms to ensure ongoing adoption
• Capture lessons learned, iterate, and continuously improve program management practices and approaches for productivity and future planning
• Work with cross-functional team members to break through functional siloes, identify dependencies, and drive end-to-end company process improvement

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• Empathy: Program Managers need to understand what drives stakeholders and meet them where they are to ensure successful program execution
• A bias for ownership: nothing is “not my problem” when dealing with cross-functional gray areas
• Influence without authority: get alignment to shared goals and drive others to execute in a fast-moving organization with competing priorities
• Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity: be flexible to react to changing business dynamics and be self-directed and able to consistently deliver progress without rigorous coaching

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects and implementations and creating playbooks
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
• 5+ years experience in the SaaS industry, in a program management role, preferably with enterprise software
• Strong experience and knowledge of the B2B space
• Data-driven mindset: conduct financial and performance analysis to validate/invalidate assumptions and influence informed decision making
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, a confident communicator with the ability to present complex issues and solutions in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Established ability to successfully define and drive programs with minimal guidance
• Analytical skills to drive insight and summary reports with the ability to use data to identify next steps to reach stated objectives
• Outstanding executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels in the organization
