Job Description

Logi Analytics is looking for a passionate leader to join our technology sales and marketing departments. This person will be the head manager and mentor for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.

Our ambitious team members and fast-paced environment has made Logi the industry leader in embedded analytics and business intelligence software. The BDR Manager will be responsible for the overall execution and strategy of our sales prospecting process. This individual will partner closely with marketing and sales to ensure the successful nurturing and transfer of all leads throughout North America. This is an opportunity to manage a critical function within Logi, as well as develop the members of the BDR team and prepare them for the next stages of their careers

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the overall performance and productivity of our Business Development Representative team
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute on quarterly campaigns
  • Monitor and measure script effectiveness and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns
  • Evaluate prospect database to ensure proper targeting is being met
  • Develop incentive plans and contests to foster a competitive and collaborative team environment

Metrics and KPIs

  • Achieve all performance targets for meetings held and opportunities generated
  • Oversee daily activities performed by the BDR team, driving and motivating each member toward expected monthly and quarterly goals through hands-on coaching and 1 on 1’s
  • Monitor KPIs including number of activities (conversations, meetings set, and opportunities generated) to ensure a strong ROI and help BDRs stay focused and maximize performance
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics, providing ongoing deep-dive analysis of performance indicators to optimize productivity and pipeline development
  • Ensure the effective use of Salesforce.com & tracking spreadsheets
  • Prepare and present quarterly analysis to Senior Management on BDR Team activities related to bookings, lead generation, meetings, and opportunities

Recruiting and Training

  • Partner with HR to recruit, interview, and hire top talent to join the team
  • Provide ongoing training and development to help the BDR team members achieve product proficiency as well as leadership and sales skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales/lead generation management experience in a deeply technical setting is required
  • Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Gong (or similar tools)
  • Sales coaching and strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships to secure future and recurring business
  • Must be able to drive sales growth and achieve team goals
