Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide coaching and support for Digital Marketing team members
  • Oversee global digital marketing initiatives to support multi-department (Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing) programs in achieving MQL and revenue generation goals
  • Manage the ongoing governance and optimization of website content & development ensuring a balance between user experience, brand, SEO, and CRO requirements
  • Lead the integration of acquired business’s websites, content and digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives
  • Support the creation and optimization of PPC campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and 6sense ABM advertising
  • Manage digital marketing team members to ensure every element of digital campaigns is aligned for success (audience segmentation, ad copy, landing page experience, budget, etc.)
  • Champion the implementation of multi-touch reporting solutions
  • Lead, plan, and execute regular experimentation strategies through A/B testing that will optimize conversion rates and acquisition costs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or relevant field of study
  • 6+ years experience in Digital Marketing preferably with agency and client-side experience
  • 4+ years experience with paid media channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing
  • 2+ years experience in people management
  • Expert-level experience with Google Analytics
  • Superb analytical acumen and reporting/Excel experience
  • Experience executing projects with cross-functional dependency
  • Experience with ABM campaign management and tools (6sense, Terminus, DemandBase) is a bonus
