Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Vice President for France based out of Paris office. This critical position will be responsible for building insightsoftware’s presence in France region. Insightsoftware is growing rapidly in EMEA and we are looking for a Regional Vice President who will drive software revenue, ensure high customer satisfaction, and deliver on EBITDA goals for the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and to rapidly scale an existing team in the France region with the support of EMEA and Global functional teams  

Reporting to the GM EMEA the chosen candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate a strong understanding of building a business in the France region. The candidate must possess great organisational skills, be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and have good written and communication abilities both French and English. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the ERP/EPM market with special focus on the Office of the CFO.

What will you do? 

  • Manage a direct sales team to deliver software bookings goal for the region
  • Provide accurate forecasting both on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Responsible in conjunction with EMEA Client Success team for customer retention and increasing total revenue in region
  • Work in conjunction with EMEA Professional Services team to drive services revenue into the region
  • Ensure alignment with EMEA and Global cross-functional teams to achieve metrics for pipeline, bookings and client satisfaction
  • Using local market knowledge including competitive intelligence to inform future product decisions
  • Work closely with insightsoftware executive leadership to shape the strategy for the region, identifying the largest areas of growth and opportunity
  • Widen to the solution offerings in region to include all localised flagship insightsoftware solutions
  • Contribute to regional marketing plans to support both customer, prospects, and partner pipeline growth
  • Be the internal local figurehead for insightsoftware in the region
  • Brand ambassador for insightsoftware in the region engaging at an executive level with key customers, Partners, and market influencers (press, advisory firms etc.)
  • Working in a fast-paced environment closing both large strategic and smaller transactional deal sizes

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong experience in Software Solution Sales with strong Sales leadership experience
  • ERP familiarity and ideally Finance experince 
  • Understanding of Office of the CFO
  • Up to 40% travel
  • Ability to work from home
  • Multi-lingual skills; Fluent French and English as a minimum.
