Job Description
- Oversee management team of 4-6, overseeing support group of 30-50 full time employees
- Drive high performance through team, focusing on KPIs and improving bottlenecks and problem areas
- Provide structure and optimize workflows for team to be successful
- Support acquisition integrations and manage teams through that process
- Coach managers and driving training efforts to enable team to be successful
- Respond to client escalations
- Oversee defect escalations to development
Qualifications
- Experience managing support team for a software business
- Strong organizational and technical skills needed to support the team and drive process improvements
- Strong time-management/project management skills
- Ability to stay focused on core responsibilities while successfully handling a wide spectrum of client requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
