Job Description

As the first person our guests see when coming to insightsoftware, you will create the first impression for them, welcome them to the facility and help to make them comfortable.  In addition, you will:

  • Warmly greeting employees, customers, and clients
  • Keeping the common spaces stocked, cleaned, and welcoming
  • Managing the mail room, ship packages and sorting incoming mail/packages
  • Completing office invoices as needed
  • Notifying employees of mail, packages, and meal deliveries
  • Directing calls and messages to proper departments
  • Monitoring office supply stock levels and ordering new supplies as necessary
  • Be present at the desk for employees and guests
  • Ordering food for company events
  • Enforcing Covid 19 procedures and protocols
  • Supporting Facilities Manager with projects and daily tasks
  • Managing snack vendor


  • 2-3 years experience as an office admin, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly 
  • Organized and has the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with employees, customers, and clients
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable
