Job Description

As Partner Marketing Manager, you are responsible for managing the insightsoftware Partner Portal and developing co-marketing activities with partners to maximize partner engagement, generate leads, and acquire new customers through our 3,000+ partners.

This role will report to the Director, Partner Marketing and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the organization including product marketing, demand generation, sales, and solutions engineering to help scale the portal, drive portal adoption, and execute marketing activities including but not limited to events, webinars, email campaigns, and product trainings.

What will you do?

  • Own the management, standardization, and expansion of the insightsoftware Partner Portal
  • Support partner integration activities post-acquisition
  • Build and leverage partner relationships to amplify brand awareness and generate leads through the partner community
  • Create the GTM strategy and content (i.e. co-branded assets, email campaigns, webinars, case study creation, etc.) to drive partner-specific lead generation
  • Collaborate with partners on training programs to ensure both parties have the right product and positioning knowledge across key organizational functions (marketing, sales, success)
  • Utilize key metrics and reports to track and analyze partner engagement, performance, and impact on revenue
  • Act as the administrator of the partner marketing rebate program, rewarding and reinforcing desired behavior from channel partners
  • Partner with sales team in lead identification, routing, and upload

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • 4-6 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
  • Ability to review marketing analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics
  • Ability to lead projects in their entirety
  • Experience in using contact management systems, CRM, and/or marketing databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
