Job Description

Our Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with sales and marketing to provide key insights into individual and company performance in a hyper-growth environment. You will ensure that the organization is enabled with the analytical insights, tools, and skills needed to succeed and achieve business goals. You will own reporting to all sales and marketing roles in addition to the Board and Executive team.  

Responsibilities 

  • Provide Executive Team actionable takeaways and insights from regular reporting 
  • Maintain product-level revenue forecasts using pipeline analytics 
  • Automate reporting to minimize time spent compiling and maximize time spent analyzing 
  • Use GTM systems to identify and nurture the effective behavior of our highest performers 
  • Work with the sales team to develop tools and reports to assist reps in selling process 
  • Use insights to improve sales processes with sales managers & operations 
  • Support GTM leadership in evaluating changes to organization or programs 
  • Support all sales roles in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ usage 
  • Troubleshoot issues in Salesforce working with the Business Systems team to resolve issues
  • Maintaining reporting infrastructure in Clari
  • Host forecast and Deal Desk meetings with the Sales and Executive Team
  • Ad hoc requests from all levels

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other analytical background 
  • 1-2 years of work experience in analytics and reporting
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent communication and time management skills 
  • Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel and modeling skills
