Job Description
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist
Need someone with 5+ years of enablement experience, some sales experience is preferred and has proven to drive the interlock with product/marketing.
- Responsible for the interlock between marketing and product and builds the messaging used by reps in sales interactions
- Work closely with product to enable the new flagship product roadmap
- Finalize the 2021 pitch deck, prospecting messaging and drive the change/adoption of how we sell in 2021 (primary audience is the Managers)
- Capture success and make success repeatable
- Partner closely with sales (participate) to validate methods and course correct quickly (get in the sales process with reps and figure out what works)
- Design a coaching program targeting the Managers to help them drive adoption of the 2021 GTM (pitch, prospecting, messaging, product roadmap, etc.)
- Co-ownership of SKO in late 2021 with VP of Sales Enablement
