At Insights, we're helping organisations create more connected, self-aware and high-performing workplaces. As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we're looking for an experienced Regional Director, Nordics to lead our commercial success across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic commercial leader who loves building relationships, developing high-performing teams and turning ambitious plans into meaningful results.

Your first-year priorities

You'll join at an exciting time, with clear opportunities to strengthen and accelerate growth across the region. Your key priorities will be to:

  • Build a strong, connected and high-performing Nordic team culture
  • Foster collaboration, engagement and team spirit across the region
  • Clarify and align the commercial strategy for the Nordics
  • Create a clear growth roadmap and execution plan
  • Strengthen market focus and investment decisions across the region

Driving growth across the Nordics

A significant part of the role will involve accelerating growth across Sweden, Norway and Finland, with Sweden being the largest market opportunity and a key strategic priority. 

  • Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets across the Nordic region
  • Develop and execute market growth strategies aligned to our global direction
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify new routes to growth, partnerships and commercial opportunities
  • Use market insight and performance data to drive smart decision-making
  • Create momentum and visibility around growth priorities across the region

Leading high-performing teams

  • Lead, coach and develop a talented commercial team
  • Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged and empowered
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Develop talent and succession plans
  • Drive high standards in sales performance, account management and customer experience

Qualifications

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial leadership with a genuine passion for people. You'll likely have:

  • A successful track record in sales, commercial leadership and/or marketing
  • Expert at leading high-performing teams through growth and change
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working across multiple markets or international environments
  • Commercial judgement backed by data-driven decision making
  • The confidence to engage and build credibility at executive level
  • A global mindset and willingness to travel across the region

What will help you succeed

Because this role is focused on leading growth across the Nordic region and building strong local relationships, we're looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in both Danish and English
  • Can build credibility quickly with clients, partners and colleagues across the region
  • Enjoys networking and representing Insights in the local market
  • Brings a strong understanding of Nordic business culture and relationship-building

Additional Information

Based in Aarhus

This role is based in our Aarhus office, where personal connection is a big part of how we work. Our Denmark team enjoys spending time together, whether that's collaborating on opportunities, sharing ideas, solving challenges or catching up over lunch. The local culture is social, supportive and highly collaborative, and we believe some of our best work happens when we're together.

We offer flexibility, but a regular weekly presence in the Aarhus office is an important part of this role, helping you build relationships, stay connected to the team and contribute to our strong local culture.
