Job Description

Inspire connection. Spark engagement. Help a global community thrive.

Are you energised by bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences, and making things run beautifully behind the scenes? Do you love blending creativity with coordination, and turning strategy into real‑world impact? If so, this could be your next great move.

At Insights, our practitioner community is at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for someone who can help that community feel connected, supported, and inspired every day.

What You’ll Make Happen

As our Community Activation Specialist, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our practitioner engagement efforts. You’ll work closely with our Learning and Community Architect and Community Inspiration Manager to bring ideas to life across regions, channels, and practitioner groups.

Your work will help practitioners feel proud to be part of the Insights community — and confident that they belong.

You will:

  • Coordinate practitioner engagement activities, from webinars and meet‑ups to regional events.
  • Keep timelines, logistics, and communications running smoothly and consistently.
  • Support Practitioner Champions and groups with toolkits, playbooks, and light‑touch operational guidance.
  • Curate stories, case studies, and examples that showcase practitioner impact.
  • Draft and schedule engaging community communications across multiple channels.
  • Track engagement metrics and share insights that shape future decisions.
  • Be a welcoming first point of contact for practitioner queries and post‑accreditation guidance.
  • Help create inclusive, vibrant spaces where practitioners feel connected and inspired.

What Success Looks Like

  • Smooth, consistent delivery of practitioner engagement activities.
  • Practitioner Champions and groups who feel supported and empowered.
  • High‑quality, on‑time communications that resonate with the community.
  • Clear reporting that demonstrates value and impact.
  • Positive practitioner sentiment and a thriving sense of belonging.
