Job Description

Are you an experienced L&D practitioner who is passionate about supporting learning communities and experienced practitioners? Do you thrive in a consultative, people-focused environment where psychometric expertise meets real-world business application?

 

We’re looking for a Practitioner Community Consultant to nurture and grow our practitioner ecosystem across Dutch-speaking regions, including Belgium. In this role, you’ll support high-value practitioners on their journey of development and impact, embedding Insights Discovery within client organisations and ensuring lasting value.

Your Purpose:

To build and sustain thriving practitioner communities where individuals feel a deep sense of belonging, continue their development journey, and are empowered to drive transformational change in their organisations.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with high-potential practitioners to consult, guide, and co-create value
  • Support in-client communities post-Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA)
  • Deliver practitioner learning touchpoints and spark connection and shared learning across the community
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth
  • Design and deliver Practitioner Learning Journeys across geographies
  • Help embed Insights into client organisations in practical, systemic ways
  • Bring fresh thinking and thought leadership into practitioner consultancy
  • Maintain high-quality support via inbox, forums, and events

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Deep understanding of psychometrics, ideally with DISC, MBTI, or similar
  • Insights Discovery Accreditation preferred, or other psychometric assessments
  • Proven experience managing and consulting with seasoned practitioners
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong grasp of L&D consultancy
  • Creativity, collaboration, and strong commercial awareness

Additional Information

Location: Haarlem (hybrid)

Contract: 12 months, full time (with opportunity to extend for the right candidate)
