We are seeking a Marketing Planning Manager to drive impactful marketing initiatives for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as part of a maternity cover role. This is a 12-month position with the possibility of extension.

Your Purpose in the Role:

In this role, you will collaborate with global teams to adapt and localize marketing initiatives for the DACH region. You’ll work to align global objectives with local execution, ensuring that regional campaigns are tailored to resonate with local audiences while staying true to the overall brand strategy. You will be responsible for a unified, results-driven local marketing plan by leveraging global insights and aligning them with regional needs.

What You’ll Do to Succeed:

  • Develop and implement a coordinated local marketing plan by gathering input from global and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead local marketing planning sessions, including performance reviews and forward planning.
  • Localize and regionalize global campaigns to ensure alignment with local culture and market needs, while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email and analytics.
  • Support sales enablement and customer-targeted campaigns, including events and promotions.
  • Provide insights on customer, market, and competitor trends.

Job Description

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in content creation, SEO, email-marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex workloads and deliver under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Location: Germany remote or hybrid in Berlin

Contract: Minimum 12 months, full time
