This role is based in our Customer and Digital function.  Here we innovate and play to ensure we’re designing for our customers’ needs while ensuring the technical infrastructure supports a seamless user experience across all our products.  We also provide all the support that our users need to get the most out of our products, and spread the word though our global marketing work. Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Global Marketing team on a remote basis in the UK. 

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager and wider Global and Regional Marketing teams in the ideation and creation of inspired and innovative B2B social media content that brings our messaging, product portfolio and brand to life.

You’ll be a motivated, creative person that knows your way around the core social media channels in a Business to Business environment with a good understanding of the importance of social media as part of the digital and wider marketing mix.

You’ll have a track record in delivering effective social media campaigns and contributing to wider business goals.    You’ll create and use performance reports to measure success, identify and explain trends and suggest and implement new tactics.

You’ll have a creative mind, someone who loves engaging people through compelling messaging and a passion for delivering a world-class experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do

With an eye for detail and a drive to make a difference, you’ll be a multi-tasker who knows how to bring your content ideas to life and at pace. You’ll want to develop your skills and build on existing experience, learning from a fun, lively, close-knit team of Marketing experts.
 

Qualifications

  • General marketing – ideally, you’ll have a Marketing or related degree.
  • A demonstrable interest and experience in B2B Marketing through Social Media.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design programs.
  • A creative mind – someone who loves engaging people through compelling messaging.
  • A genuine and positive team player who prefers to work collaboratively on projects to achieve the best results.
  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task, and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with account managers and other stakeholders in the social media space.
