Job Description

We are looking for a client-centric Senior HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for global clients. This is a consultative, strategic role requiring strong expertise in HubSpot, CRM strategy, and RevOps. You will work closely with clients to translate business goals into scalable HubSpot solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

 

Job Responsibilities:

HubSpot Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead end to end onboarding and implementation projects

  • Configure CRM, pipelines, workflows, automation, and reporting

  • Conduct discovery and customize portals

CRM Strategy & Optimization

  • Design scalable CRM and RevOps solutions

  • Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes

  • Improve efficiency through automation

Data & Integrations

  • Manage data migration and CRM hygiene

  • Support integrations and troubleshoot issues

Reporting & Client Enablement

  • Create dashboards and track KPIs

  • Lead client trainings and onboarding sessions

  • Drive adoption and optimization

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables

  • Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of HubSpot onboarding/implementation experience

  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Hub

  • Experience in CRM migrations, workflows, automation, and reporting

  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications

  • Experience in a HubSpot agency/consulting setup

  • Exposure to integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.)

  • Understanding of RevOps and process optimization
