    Job Description

    We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Lead to lead our marketing function and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, building a strong brand presence, and generating high-quality leads across channels. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

     

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

    • Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans

    • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI

    • Strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels

    • Oversee content strategy, public relations, and internal communications

    • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

    • Lead SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media, and influencer campaigns

    • Drive lead generation and nurturing to support the sales pipeline

    • Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to boost conversions

    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

    • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance

    • Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

    • Proven track record in brand building, demand generation, and digital marketing

    • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools)

    • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

    • Exposure to global markets (EMEA, APAC, North America) is preferred
