Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively integrate and optimize HubSpot for sales processes. This role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure that our HubSpot platform is utilized to its fullest potential to drive sales growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities & Duties
Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert on HubSpot, providing guidance on best practices, integrations, and optimizations.
Sales Process Optimization: Work with the sales team to understand their workflows and processes, and implement HubSpot solutions to streamline and enhance these processes.
Custom Implementations: Customize HubSpot to meet specific business needs, including creating workflows, automation, and reports.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on HubSpot functionalities, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot by managing data imports, exports, and ongoing data hygiene.
Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources within HubSpot, such as templates, sequences, and playbooks.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement: Assist the sales team in utilizing HubSpot for customer engagement, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows.
Experience with HubSpot integrations, APIs, and custom implementations.
Ability to create complex workflows, automations, and reports in HubSpot.
Familiarity with data management and data hygiene best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience working with HubSpot, particularly in a sales engineering or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Certification: HubSpot Certification (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Marketing Software).
Experience with Other Tools: Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools and how they integrate with HubSpot
