    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a HubSpot Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for our key clients utilizing HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing these relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's functionalities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive client success and satisfaction.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients utilizing HubSpot. 

    • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and objectives to align HubSpot solutions accordingly.

    • Act as the main point of contact for all communication between the company and the key clients.

    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, tools, and capabilities.

    • Provide guidance to clients on maximizing the value of HubSpot for their specific business needs.

    • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot updates and industry best practices.

    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business from existing clients.

    • Offer ongoing support to address any issues, questions, or concerns raised by clients.

    • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve technical challenges promptly.

    • Monitor and analyze clients' usage and performance metrics within HubSpot.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the impact of HubSpot on their business.

    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.

    • Demonstrated expertise in working with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Additional Information

    • Knowledge of project management tools.

    • Familiarity with CRM software.

    • Good communication skills

    • Remote work setup; availability during standard business hours may be required.
