    We are a dynamic company serving clients in the United States, and we are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines, possessing excellent English communication skills. If you are organized, proactive, and able to work independently, we want to hear from you.

    Job Description:
    As the Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office, even from a distance. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential for success in this remote role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Email Management:

    • Efficiently manage the CEO's email inbox, prioritizing and flagging important messages.
    • Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
    • Ensure timely responses to important emails and filter out spam and irrelevant correspondence.

    Calendar Management  :

    • Maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across different time zones.
    • Coordinate and organize virtual meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

    Meeting Attendance :

    • Attend all virtual meetings alongside the CEO, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, conveying important information and requests.

    Document Presentation : 

    • Assist in the creation and formatting of virtual presentations, reports, and documents.
    • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.

    General Administrative Support : 

    • Perform various administrative tasks such as digital filing, document sharing, and online collaboration.
    • Maintain an organized digital workspace and ensure the CEO can access necessary files and information remotely.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Remote Executive Assistant or in a similar remote role.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual interactions.
    • Proficient in remote email and calendar management tools.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, even in a remote environment.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.
    • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and software.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively while working remotely.

    Skills Requirement
