Job Description

We are now seeking a motivated and talented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the organization and be responsible for managing corporate and customer projects. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Manage the project scope and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators and develop strategies to measure project success.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on all project related tasks.
  • Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments on project timelines, resource allocations, and other project responsibilities.
  • Report project progress, challenges, and overall status to upper management.
  • Manage a team of 5-6 members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
