Job Description

We are looking for a talented social media manager to run our social media pages and oversee our online presence by creating engaging content, creating strategies, monitoring usage statistics, and managing social campaigns.

As a Social Media Manager at INSIDEA, you are always up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. ​​You should be able to creatively explain the business value we create and possess outstanding communication abilities. In the end, you should be able to manage our social media presence and make sure that there is a lot of online traffic and consumer interaction to boost our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

  • Create multi-channel social calendars with complete ownership of the copy.

  • Define important social media KPIs, set specific objectives, and report on ROI

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner

  • Engage in social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Measure the success of every social media campaign

  • Analyze competitor activity on a regular basis

  • Work closely with designers to ensure top-notch content quality

  • Suggest and implement new content types to develop brand awareness and drive engagement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager preferably in an internet/product company

  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with web design is an added advantage.
