Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent benefits

My multi award-winning client requires a technically orientated Business Analyst to be the vital link between the technology capability and ultimate business objectives. The successful Business Analyst will ensure the effective completion of analytical, build, testing and deployment tasks in support of a busy change programme and project portfolio.

Requirements:

• Strong Business Analyst experience
• Experience working as aBusinessAnalyston Agile and Waterfall projects
• Experience writing user stories, grooming backlogs and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Businessorientated with a technical background
• Successful track record for delivering time-sensitive technology projects.
• Define and document the test approach and test scripts and perform UAT
• Experience producing Roadmaps
• Experience working closely with Software Teams and Technical functions
• Delivery focused, attentive and proactive
• Strong technical knowledge of the IT environment and development practices
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate others and communicate to technical and non-technical individuals
