    Summary: 

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional IT Service Sales Executive with at least 3 years of successful sales experience in the IT services industry in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the IT services sector, a strong professional network, and a track record of increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Generates qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments by leveraging online and offline channels.

    • Manages email communication and drives the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives. Also proficient in utilizing online and social media options for business development.

    • Identifies key prospects within the target audience and manages data churn.

    • Ensures audience engagement across key account segments through account-based marketing, utilizing relevant content to generate more revenue.

    • Generates positive leads through cold calling, with a minimum of 30 daily calls.

    • Manages a team of lead generators and supports them in their day-to-day activities.

    • Prior experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company is preferred.

    • Previous exposure to the South Asia/Middle East/Saudi market is preferred.

    • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with management and cross-functional teams.

    Primary Skill Set:

    • Has over 3 years of experience in Sales in the Middle East and South East Asia region.

    • Conducts outbound calls to generate qualified leads from new prospects.

    • Utilizes phone, email, and LinkedIn to perform selling activities and drive new business.

    • Qualifies leads and possesses a comprehensive understanding of sales.

    • Manages sales through prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation.

    • Builds contact database and verifies information through LinkedIn and other Lead Gen tools.

    • Collaborates with the internal team.

    • Responsible for generating revenue based on assigned targets, approximately $1 million annually.

    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport.

    • Has solid experience in IT Services sales, with a minimum of 5 years.

    • Responsible for generating business and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.

    • 80% of the role focuses on hunting for new accounts, while 20% involves account management.
