Job Description –


InnoMind Technologies is seeking a candidate for their overseas business development operations. Who has good exposure in online bidding strategie, Responding to RFP/RFI etc.

In this role, you are Responsible/Accountable for:


  • Getting new business leads through different channels like (Elance,Guru,Freelancer,Odesk,Internal database) etc. for IT/ITES Services.
  • Key account management of Existing clients and expert in cross sell and up sell strategies.
  • Drafting of proposal, client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups and also collaborate with technical team.
  • To analyze client business area and suggesting a solution to them.
  • Assuring the business requirements of the client are met according to the scope of project.
  • Continuous improvement of the sales process.

Required Experience & Skills:


  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Good communication skills (voice and non - voice) and formal writing in English is mandatory.
  • Should be from an IT-Software sales background/software B2B/ Internet/Information Systems/ Advertising/Media/Digital Services Industry.
  • Should have Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Should be having a good number of sales meet every month.
  • Prior Experience in online bidding is a plus.
