Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Credit Analyst to join our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
In this role, you will Monitor credit limits and payment status on a portfolio of key accounts. You will assist the Credit Manager or Director by providing counsel and support to other department associates on escalated and/or complex issues. In addition, you’ll perform financial analyses, decision support, reporting and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field or equivalent of A/R related work experience
- 4 years of credit/collections experience
- 2 years work experience that includes interpreting financial statements and preparing cash flow analyses
- 1 year work experience that includes training and/or coaching others
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, AS400 and billing systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors credit limits and payment status on assigned key accounts and resolves collection issues.
- Assists other Credit staff with questions, guidance on policy and procedure, credit card charging activity, and customer maintenance.
- Gathers, analyzes and presents data to management to assist in decision-making, including credit limit reviews for significant customers.
- Assists in the preparation of seasonal credit limit increases.
- Assists Credit Manager or Director with associate training and oversight of workflow, including order releasing, collection activity, reporting and Business Partner notes, to ensure service levels are met and procedures are followed.
- Communicates any issues or concerns to management.
- Sends Adverse Action letters to customers below minimum sales requirements, with poor payment history, or when the account is to be closed. When necessary, forwards accounts to Third Party Collections.
- Maintains familiarity with all aspects of A/R and billing systems.
- Utilizes system resources to collect and report account information.
- Participates in the analysis and execution of special projects.
- Assists other team members as needed in analyzing financial data, approving credit lines and orders.
- Works in collaboration with management to prepare reports in Excel on customer AR status, such as the 60+ Past Due Report on a monthly basis.
- Conducts audits of customer account activity for comparison to contracts.
Hiring Salary Range: $58,298 - $72,657. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
