Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Senior Manager, Catalog Services & Data Management to join our team in LaVergne, TN (Greater Nashville area). This individual helps shape and support our growing portfolio of data-driven product(s) and services, contributing to roadmaps, feature definition, and the daily operations of assigned platforms.
The Senior Manager, Catalog Services & Data Management, leads the product strategy for Ingram Data Services (IDS) and CoreSource, and heads up data acquisition for Covered and MediaScout. You’ll help grow our data business and, through operational excellence, support commercial growth for Ingram clients. Alongside the VP, Digital Services, you’ll define the vision for data management and growth at Ingram, helping publishers reduce their effort while increasing their sales and marketing reach. As the head of product development and data acquisition, you’ll achieve key business deliverables for Digital Services. Close collaboration with IT is critical to success, as is excellent, proactive communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
- 7 years of book data experience or equivalent
- 3 years of software product management or project management experience
- 3 years of people management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops current and new products with the Digital Product Managers, incorporating customer feedback and responding to market forces to propel ICG as the leading data destination for the book industry.
- Plans and executes data strategies and initiatives that maximize revenue, margin, and commercial opportunities for the company, and deliver long-term partner relations.
- Manages and mentors the product and services team to maintain and grow the business and deliver excellent service to ICG customers.
- Works with IT, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams where appropriate to develop solutions that will drive revenue and profit and serve the needs of Ingram customers.
- Identifies potential new markets that promote long-term growth and proposes deals in response to business opportunities.
- Provides market, product information, and competitor feedback to executive leadership on retail and marketing data services for the content industry and other opportunities.
- Analyzes trends in customer feedback and collects information on changing customer needs to design new and enhanced services and products. Provides regular analytics and reporting to Digital Services and executive leadership.
Hiring Salary Range: $110,981 – $141,123. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
