Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Pre-Media Graphics Lead to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This individual serves as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for associate questions, non-standard processes, and workflows within the Pre-Media department. This role will relay issues and problems to management and collaborate in the development of solutions and process improvements, and additionally, contribute regularly to daily production work.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Graphic Arts Degree or equivalent year-for-year experience
- 4 years’ experience within a Pre-Press Graphics Position
- 4 years’ experience using InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, or other Macintosh-based graphic design software, preferably in a Graphic Arts environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for Pre-Media associate questions and potential production issues.
- Triage production issues and recommend solutions to management.
- Contribute to daily production objectives.
- Onboard auto-generated cover customers and E-to-P publishers and provide beta testing of new products and tools, including Book Builder and other initiatives.
- Assist management in the resolution of production and warehouse issues and questions.
- Perform non-standard processes and workflows within the Pre-Media department.
- Assist team members with customer requests, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards.
- Participate in the development of Pre-Media tools regarding automation and processing of files.
Hiring Salary Range: $27.48 - $34.25/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
