Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an Office & Client Relations Administrator to contribute to our Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) team in our NYC office. In this role, you will work to provide support to the Ingram Content Group NYC Office. You will support the Two Rivers Distribution and Ingram Academic Services Client Relations team on all aspects of client relations including sales and reporting, client data management, and conferences.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience.
- 1 year experience working in a customer service, office/clerical or with the public to include MS Office experience
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
NYC Office Duties:
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Disseminates, and assures compliance to Ingram office policies, operations, and procedures.
- Responsible for the flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, reception services, mail, and facilities.
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (logging and receiving guests, distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)
- Responsible as primary liaison to building management, maintenance, and cleaning services and is authorized to review and recommend for payment invoices from these groups.
Client Relations Duties:
- Supports Client Relations team on all aspects of client management, including sales conference coordination, reporting and systems training, operational follow-up, and publisher communication.
- Manages seasonal catalogs in electronic catalog, Edelweiss.
- Solicits missing materials from publishers as needed by Sales Reps.
- Creates marketing materials under guidance of client managers.
- Compiles and communicates title changes for client titles.
- Runs analysis on initial title laydowns and oversees print projections for new titles with sales reps and client publishers.
Hiring Salary Range: $23.61/hr - $29/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
