Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Process Analyst to contribute to our Product team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

Primary responsibilities for the Process Analyst involve analysis that supports the execution of process improvement initiatives within the Product Group. This includes internal user training and education, documentation of process improvement recommendations and other policies and procedures that support the goals of the Product Group.  Also, support in the management of system issues that affect process improvement initiatives or the Product Group.  The ability to apply current knowledge of Ingram policy, procedures & systems practices to support process improvement projects will also be key in this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a business work environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience working with data
  • Experience testing system changes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to drive results
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills to include pivot tables and V lookups
  • Process mapping experience using Vizio or similar tool

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the analysis of process improvement initiatives.  Assists Product Management in determining appropriate execution of process improvement projects and opportunities for future improvement initiatives. 
  • Helps identify system and process enhancements that benefit the organization and ensure an optimum environment through Product Group systems, processes, and integration improvement.
  • Performs item and publisher data maintenance and ensures the integrity of data used in various internal applications.
  • Communicates and collaborates with numerous departments or stakeholders to ensure project support or customer support. Build strong relationships with key counterparts and stakeholders at IBC, IPS, LS, and IT.  Support in establishing/maintaining documentation of process improvement initiatives and other policies and procedures that support the Product Group.
  • Establishes and applies “best practice” procedures for the Product Group, as it relates to system and process integrity.
  • Responsible for internal training/education and the communication of any process improvement recommendation that is accepted for implementation by product group leadership and/or senior staff.
