Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Sales & Support Representative to contribute to our Consortium Book Sales & Distribution team in Minneapolis, MN.
We are seeking an innovative individual with a passion for books to work in our Northeast Minneapolis office. In this role, you will provide high-level sales support to the Consortium National Accounts Sales and cross-brand Special Sales teams, key accounts, and award-winning client publishers. You’ll perform sales and administrative support duties, including key account presentation preparation, special projects support, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate for this role is curious, has excellent communication skills and an affinity for reading and working with books.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables
Preferred Skills:
- Book industry experience or strong interest in books
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares national account reps for sales calls by creating monthly lists of titles, gathering materials, prepping sales packets, and creating Edelweiss collections.
- Supports sales to Ingram Wholesale, Baker &Taylor national accounts, and Diamond and AWBC.
- Supports cross-brand Gift & Special Sales channel, coordinating with publishers and sales team.
- Supports digital merchandising planning with title list preparation and organization.
- Liaises with client services teams to ensure sell-in materials are available for sales calls.
- Provides administrative support to VP, Sales including sales reporting on a routine basis.
