Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Manager, Marketing Services, to contribute to our IBC Marketing team in LaVergne, TN, just outside Nashville. The Manager, Marketing Services develops and implements traditional and digital marketing campaigns, programs, activities, content, and integrated communications that effectively position ICG products and services. Additionally, focuses on outreach programs for brands/services targeting B2B audiences, including global booksellers and public libraries, to drive awareness, acquire, develop, and retain customers, and grow the business’s profitability.  The Manager engages customers through a variety of channels, but not limited to display marketing, social networking, emerging online channels, print, and digital advertising, industry events, and more. You’ll collaborate with sales, operations, and customer care on support materials and communications. This person works with creative design, events, PR, and other marketing teams along with other departments to ensure the effective development and implementation of initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or year-for-year related experience
  • 5 years’ experience managing B2B marketing programs or related role
  • 1-year prior experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with libraries
  • Experience with experience in retail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with management to develop and execute creative marketing strategies specifically targeting booksellers and public libraries.
  • Develops and implements content and keyword strategies to support SEO and SEM marketing plans and campaigns
  • Generates actionable observations, insights, conclusions and recommendations from data to drive site improvements and optimize business performance
  • Supervises marketing specialists and ensures they deliver performance-driven marketing strategy, deliverables and timelines that align with primary lines of business goals and objectives
  • Project management of marketing campaigns and content development across all media outlets for the brand/business service – explore and use of most relevant media outlets to best reach target audiences – online, social, digital, and traditional.
