Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Supervisor, Corporate Services - Maintenance to contribute to our Corporate Services team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. The Corporate Services Supervisor of Maintenance supervises the daily operations of the assigned Corporate Services - Maintenance Team and the maintenance functions at assigned ICG Campus, including:  the scheduling of assigned associate hours, assigning of projects, maintenance of equipment needs, and vendor services. They will assists HVAC Specialists’ and Facilities Electricians in performing a variety of functions including:  reviewing maintenance logs of equipment, ensuring regularly scheduled maintenance is performed, compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and maintaining a full stock of inventory necessary to perform assignments, and more.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years’ experience in Electrical and/or HVAC maintenance
  • 2 years’ experience in a Lead/Supervisory level role

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Electrical and/or HVAC maintenance
  • EPA Certified

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises training and assigns daily work assignments/monitors performance of all work assigned to Corporate Services – Maintenance Team (HVAC Specialists’ and Facilities Electricians)
  • Receives and provides initial investigation and analysis of service requests, estimates time and material cost of projects, and develops and executes plan of action required to effectively resolve service requests.
  • Monitors and maintains all building electrical and HVAC systems including:  elevators, fire systems, sprinklers, HVAC systems, refrigerators, ice machines, electrical wiring, etc.  
  • Monitors the installation, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement needs of the physical building(s) and office build-outs, including the electrical power, environmental conditioning, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Monitors life safety systems including: fire and intrusion detection; fire protection; facility access control; and emergency lighting, to include reviewing these systems to ensure that proper security and safety methods, protocols and infrastructure are up to date and installed equipment is in working order and fully operational.
  • Maintains logs on all equipment and ensures regularly scheduled maintenance, as required by government inspectors and local, state, and federal law, is complete.
  • Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues; escalates complex problems and issues to Manager, Corporate Services – Facilities, or VP, Operations Administration.
