Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Technical Graphics Specialist to contribute to our Lightning Source team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

What You'll Need: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • 3 years using current InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat programs, or other Mac based graphic design software, preferably in a Graphic Arts/digital print production environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and create rules for the quality, organization, and distribution of customer data.
  • Identify patterns in the data, recommending corrective action plans and updates to maximize efficiency and quality of metadata.
  • Escalate quality concerns with supplier data to supervisor as appropriate.
  • Review and perform quality of software and workflow improvements related to metadata maintenance; providing feedback and suggestions as needed
  • Work directly with Pre-Media, Operations, Sales, Client Services and IT, as well as ICG leadership team.
  • Assist as iPage administrator, providing set-up of accounts for customers upon request.
  • Complete digital certification requests’ on Quickbase form and logs on the ‘j’ drive.
  • Setup titles as requested, request proof copies, and ship proofs using miscellaneous ship form
  • Process Flat Cover Requests when receiving a request for flat covers (laminated, not bound).
  • Other duties as assigned
