Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an Operations Analyst to contribute to our Lightning Source (LS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.  This individual supports the informational, technical and analytical needs for the global manufacturing and operations teams.  Also, this individual provides reporting on key operational performance statistics to other departments within the company as well as assists in identifying and evaluating process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of experience in an Operations Analyst-type role

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Technical degree
• Advanced Excel experience to include data manipulation and analysis, design, charts, formulas and pivot tables
• Experience manipulating and/or creating SQL queries
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with competing deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides analytical support and ad hoc reporting for manufacturing and operations from database management systems or AS400 systems.
• Provides regularly scheduled (daily, weekly, and monthly) reporting on key statistics that measure operational performance (cost per unit, order cycle time, slash rate, etc.)
• Develops ongoing management reporting for key Operations processes.
• Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis to assist in evaluating capital expenditures, process improvements, and cost reduction opportunities.
