VitalSource®, an Ingram Content Group (ICG) company is hiring for a Bilingual Instructional Designer to contribute to our Acrobatiq team.  This individual engages remotely and onsite with a named list of customers (institutions, partners, or publishers) to ensure that their needs are met.  Oversees day-to-day customer relationships and works with account management to ensure revenue retention and growth and ensures overall customer satisfaction.  As assigned, coordinates Acrobatiq-related professional services projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 5 years customer account management or related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Oral and written bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English)
  • Instructional design experience
  • Experience with a CRM  
  • Technical and Project Management software experience (JIRA, SmartSheets, and Confluence)
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience presenting to internal and external clients using MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem solving, analytical and training skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in pre-sales efforts to provide demonstrations and training to potential customers, including developing Proofs of Concept.
  • Acts as a point of communication between the customer and the Acrobatiq by VitalSource team; communicates and advocates individual customer needs to internal stakeholders, including tracking feature requests.
  • Coordinates with other VitalSource groups on projects that span other areas of the company
  • Coordinates resources within VitalSource to meet the customer’s needs; works productively across functions with all internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Development
  • Communicates and tracks customer tasks and bugs, relaying to the product team, engineering, and QA issues and serving as the end point back to the customer.
