Job Description

We are looking for a “hunter” to grow our client portfolio, the role requires someone who has an ambitious and tenacious personality with long term career goals in sales. With a proven track record of successfully managing the full B2B sales cycle, you independently develop new sales plans and coordinate your sales efforts to achieve sales goals with new customers.

 

As a Senior Sales Manager, here's what you can do:

  • Build, manage and report on your sales pipeline
  • Responsible for the entire B2B new customer sales process (lead gen, contact, pitch, proposal creation, handover to operational team)
  • Understand the customer’s needs, pains and drivers in order to successfully pitch our solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decisions makers
  • Pitch and demo solutions based on the customers’ needs, including managing on site workshop
  • Creation of customer offers
  • Preparation and management of sales collaterals
  • Stay on top of and communicate industry news, trends, competitors and emerging technologies
  • Deliver input into product roadmap according to key clients or market/industries needs/trends
  • Attend after work industry networking events in order to prospect new clients and understand where Ingenious can provide value

 

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - business, marketing or technical majors preferred
  • A strong sales skillset and a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales
  • Ability to independently create and deliver persuasive customer pitches
  • B2B digital marketing/performance marketing expertise with good technical knowledge
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales data and trends from a variety of sources
  • Experience of speaking or selling to C-level and VP level would also be a big advantage
  • Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both German & English language
