Any Graduate With Computer Or IT Background

• Proven atleast 4+ years of relevant experience as a Software Development Tester or similar role.
• Experience in testing ERP or other real-time applications on critical modules like Finance, University Examinations.
• Strong mySQL, SQL and Relational Database proficiency.
• Analytical skills in addition with an understanding of code flow.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• To develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing and functionality.
• Prior development experience preferred ,Should be capable of writing complex SQL queries.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn and work independently.
