Job Description

• Be a part of Operations team focusing on Robotics process automation maintenance

• Monitoring RPA tool (UiPath) based on predefined process description details

• Assist to analyze, diagnose, replicate and troubleshoot the reported issues to resolution

• Build and maintain all necessary documentation

• Provide level 1 technical assistance in analyzing, diagnosing, replicating and troubleshooting customers reported issues to resolution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirement

• Conduct UAT testing & help drive end-to-end implementation

• Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process

• Willing to work on the support cases hands-on, to get a good understanding of the support process & issues

• Lead the Project to Support Transition
