Job Description

End to end responsibility from defining to ensuring execution of analytics program, working closely with multiple client stakeholders and delivery teams. Define analytics roadmap for clients, identify & prioritize areas of analytics driven value creation opportunity.

Impact the bottom line: Work closely with senior stakeholders in client organization to build buy in on the roadmap and deployment plan. This person should oversee translation of roadmap to execution.

Control risk: Have very strong program management skills in order to perform the project management, cost and client management, scope and account management and business analysis. Should have managed complex engagements with multiple stakeholders, preferably with exposure to multiple domains.

Ensure accuracy: Define and maintain processes to ensure project management operations documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete. Track and report on project performance, providing a real -time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. Develop positive relationships to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training.

Understand the deliverables and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes, utilize project data to create Management Information for use by the Senior Leadership team. Develop metrics and reports to monitor and ensure that projects comply with the organization framework.

Manage the Team: Manage expectations and relationships with senior stakeholders. Rollout project management system to effectively track project management operations; review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience and at least 8 years in Program Management, 5 years in Leadership role on BPO environment

•             Experience leading team of 1500 FTE minimum and exposure to managing multiple accounts/verticals in a BPO environment

•             Significant exposure to project and program management methodologies, processes and procedures, preferable on BPO environment

•             Ability to develop effective working relationships with people across all levels

•             Ability to bring analytical rigor, structure and solution to problematic areas
