As a Managed Services Provider (MSP), ITP provides computer equipment (hardware and software) and services, such as, technology design, long-term technology support, technology best practice products, and application development to clients that specialize in manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, and philanthropy. This is not just a number-cruncher. You will need an analytical mind with foresight and the ability to spot trends, potential issues and to suggest solutions. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst/Accountant in our Corporate Headquarters, to assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, as well as forecasting and financial analysis/planning. This requires a wide variety of skills and financial knowledge.

Responsibilities:

A.Take charge or assist in various accounting functions: A/P, A/R, P/R, G/L Bank Reconciliations, Taxes, Government compliance, etc   

B. Produce regular financial reports; such as the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

C. Enter and track budgets across all account types; produce budget reports as required.

D. Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.

E. Conducting internal audits.

F. Examining financial records to check for accuracy.

G. Preparing regular cash flow statements, and assist in controlling expenditures.

A. BA/BS degree in business with an emphasis in accounting or related subject.

B. At least four (4) years of financial experience in forecasting, budgeting and reporting

C. Understanding of GAAP principles and accounting procedures.

D. Detail-oriented and disciplined worker

E. Desire and ability to drive process improvement

F. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

G. Expert level experience with Excel

H. Experience with QuickBooks. 

i.   Leadership/supervisory experience a major plus
