Job Description
Informa TechTarget is seeking an APAC Fulfillment Associate who will be a key member of the Client Delivery team supporting Demand Generation campaigns.
In this dynamic role, the individual will primarily be responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes aspects of a Demand Generation campaign from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful marketing campaign. The candidate will need to be thorough and extremely organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with data. Candidates must be critical-thinkers with solid communication skills. A successful candidate will be a team-player who is able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Functions:
Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of demand generation and lead gen campaigns, ensuring operational deadlines are met on a daily and weekly basis
Collect, assess, and communicate complex campaign requirements while monitoring progress, pacing, and health of all campaigns to meet end dates and quarterly forecasts
Provide top-notch quality assurance on all outgoing client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with customer requirements and program goals
Select and distribute deliveries to customers on a weekly basis, uploading data to various web portals, FTP sites, and third-party lead management systems
Troubleshoot campaign delivery, technical issues, and customer-facing problems, escalating potential issues to Team Leads as needed
Manage internal ticketing queue by responding to all Customer Management inquiries (templates, pacing, banishments, client requests) within 24-hour turnaround time
Maintain backend system management in real-time, format and record data to conform to corporate standards, and track delivery totals
Provide ad hoc customer support including customized reporting, status updates, and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success, and Client Delivery Leadership
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery and timely execution of all standard deals
Monitor and manage forecasted revenue while developing knowledge of core product offerings, audience selection, and email marketing tactics
Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Bachelor's degree (concentration in marketing, management, or business preferred but not required)
1-2 years of experience (Operations role is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated self-starter who is extremely reliable and works well independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident personality with ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and processes
Ability and willingness to understand the targeted needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating with diverse colleagues
